Documenting your Settlement Agreement - Financial Only

Congratulations for arriving at a negotiated outcome without litigation. Having property orders made by consent gives you certainty and finality in relation to your financial circumstances, allowing you to move on without the risk of having to further divide your assets in the future.

This product has been developed to assist parties to document their financial agreements which you will then lodge with the Court.  You will receive:

• A completed Application for Consent Orders;
• Financial and/or Parenting Orders which are enforceable and can be actioned to move the assets between you and your ex;
  • Orders which comply with the Laws required to avoid stamp duty on the transfer of existing assets;
  • Orders which ensure you are indemnified in relation to liabilities incurred during the relationship, including by either party, jointly or through any entity, and including taxation that may be later assessed;
  • Superannuation splitting orders (if that is part of your agreement);
  • A letter to the Superannuation Trustee seeking consent to the Orders you have agreed.
• Instructions about how to lodge the documents with the Court in the form of a checklist

When you pay for the service, we will send you a link (next business day) so we can obtain information from you, and arrange a time to meet with you over Zoom so we can discuss the Orders to be prepared.  We will then get the process underway.
